clean room comfortable bed cold water unsettled experience

The room was modern and clean. the bed was very comfortable and i slept soundly, it was a double room. breakfast was really nice. The staff couldn't do enough for you

it was impossible to get hot water for the shower in the morning. i had a cold water shave and my attempt to shower was freezing cold. the experience.

great location excellent food friendly lady disappointing curries dirty button

the location is great close to the shops and museum. i really enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast the food was excellent. the lady on reception was very friendly she also worked in the bar.

the two curries on the menu were very disappointing i would avoid them. the lift had 'press and hold' buttons one button looked really dirty it needed cleaning.

The bar area is nice. its location was great.

The bathroom cleanliness was quite disappointing. I found body hair in the shower. there were also spiders and cobwebs around the windows.

good selection excellent shower tired rooms black bits

the room was a double room and it was a good size. breakfast had a good selection and tea was brought to my table. i liked that the hotel was near shops. the shower was excellent and had lots of light.

the rooms are a bit tired. i also noticed steps up to the bathroom, which i did not love. the handwash bottles needed more liquid. there were black bits in the bath water as well.
